Fun weirdness, I bypass the launcher and am in game, but it's not recognizing that I am ESO+ and so I can't use my craft bag or dye costumes etc. If the Launcher’s window is not visible, but you see an icon of running application in the taskbar, please try running the Launcher in Safe Mode.
Clicking the "PLAY" button in Steam just pops up a small window (for a tiny fraction of a second) saying that ESO is being started ( here is a video Select High performance and then close the window. however if that installer fails with any error then open the 'Uninstall a Program' २०१९ डिसेम्बर ३० I'm trying to download ESO from Steam.
